☆ Commissioned artwork may not be heavily edited by anyone except for the artist unless it is a necessary function of the project (Goltten must t be made aware of this before working on the project)
☆ The artwork never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.
☆The artwork may never be used for NFT activities. This includes advertising or endorsing NFTs/ NFT sales as well as using as NFTs, or any other crypto-currency related activities.REFUNDS
☆ If the commission may be terminated at the request of the commissioner for any reason, the amount of work already put in by the artist must be fairly compensated, the commissioner will receive a refund for the portion of the commission that was not completed and receive the incomplete artwork file.
